How to Use
This product can be used in two different ways:
- As a mask: Smooth a thick layer onto face. Allow to penetrate for 10-20 minutes, and then wipe off with a tissue. Repeat as often as needed.
- As a relaxing and softening “veil”: Apply a thin layer onto thoroughly cleansed skin before bedtime. Leave on the skin overnight. Continue with the normal routine in the morning. This form of treatment can be repeated twice per week.

Cellactel 2 Complex - These revitalizing ingredients improve skin's appearance and firmness through hydration.
Complex (Amadorine) - This complex improves the appearance of the skin. The skin looks suppler and firm.
Extract From Fragon Epine - This extract has excellent softening properties.
Caffeine - Caffeine improves resiliency by hydrating and revitalizing the skin. The caffeine promotes cleans pores.
Fucogel - It is a polysaccharide that has a long-lasting moisturizing power and provides a pleasant sensation of softness and freshness on the skin.
Refund Policy
RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If the purchase more than 30 days, unfortunately we can’t offer any refund or exchange.
To eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, damaged or used. All returned items must be in the same condition as the original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt. We reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from returned / exchanged items that had originally qualified for free shipping.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Sale items, makeup, nail polish, gift card, health and personal care items, food, drinks not are returned. All baby care products and clothing are non-refundable / non-exchangeable due to hygienic reasons. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Please note that we only accept the returned with the return authorization number which was issued by LingsCosmetics.ca. We don’t accept any return items without return authorization number.
REFUNDS
Once your return was received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or method of payment, within 10 business days.
ALLERGIC REACTION RETURN
We only accept the allergic reaction return; you must be reported within 3 days from the date of received the shipment. We reserved the right to request the evidence such as Doctor’s letter and photos. After we received your report, we will send you a return authorization number for reference and take further action. We don’t accept any return items without return authorization number.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGE
All refused shipment returned to us by the postal services are subject to the return way. You will be responsible for paying your own original shipping and returned shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, will be deducted from your credit refund.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at lingscosmetics@gmail.com
SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
GIFT CARDS
All gift cards are final sales.
EXCHANGES

SHIPPING FEE

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. It may take time for your exchanged products to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
